Cohort: Wednesday AM (Starts 2nd of September)

A 3-Month Mentoring Programme for Trained Coaches. Aligned with ICF Core Competencies & ACC BARs.

10 hours of professional mentor coaching. Whether you are aiming for your initial ACC credential, renewing, or simply sharpening your professional edge, this is where the groundwork happens.

Most coaches approach accreditation with dread, the fear of being judged or the "cringe" of hearing your own recordings.

The ACC Groundwork is a space built on trust. As an ICF Assessor, I help you dismantle the ACC BARs (Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales) so you can stop guessing, start deepening your practice, and submit your recordings with quiet confidence.

The Programme Structure:

7 Hours of Group Mentoring: 4 x deep-dive modules dismantling the core competencies.

3 Hours of 1:1 Mentoring: Private audits of your coaching recordings.

The "Coach Den": Access to a private resource hub and WhatsApp group for 24/7 support.

Assessor Reports: Detailed written feedback for your final ICF submission.

Wednesday Afternoon (13:00-15:00):

Module 1: 2nd September

Module 2: 7th October

Module 3: 4th November

Module 4: 2nd December (Final session is 1 hour, 13:00-14:00)

Investment:

£1,150 (No VAT) Payment plans available: £575 deposit to secure your spot.

STEP 2: Secure Your Spot

Once we have confirmed your place, you can secure your spot by choosing a payment option below.

Pay in Full: £1,150 (no VAT) 

Pay Instalment One: £575 (no VAT)*

*The remainder payment of £575 is due by the 31st October.

Once your place is secured, you will receive:

Your Welcome Pack: All the session dates and "Coach Den" access details.

The Mentees’ Partnership Agreement: A simple contract (subject to your signature) that outlines our shared commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Your 1:1 Booking Link: So you can get your private sessions in the diary immediately.
