The ACC Groundwork is a space built on trust. As an ICF Assessor, I help you dismantle the ACC BARs (Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales) so you can stop guessing, start deepening your practice, and submit your recordings with quiet confidence.
The Programme Structure:
7 Hours of Group Mentoring: 4 x deep-dive modules dismantling the core competencies.
3 Hours of 1:1 Mentoring: In-depth, private audits of your coaching recordings.
The "Coach Den": Access to a private resource hub and WhatsApp group for 24/7 support.
Assessor Reports: Detailed written feedback for your ICF submission.
Monday Evening Group Sessions (18:30-20:30):
Module 1: 8th June
Module 2: 6th July
Module 3: 10th August
Module 4: 7th September (1-hour final session: 18:30 – 19:30)
Investment:
£1,150 (No VAT) Payment plans available: £575 deposit to secure your spot.
STRICTLY 6 SPOTS AVAILABLE. To ensure the group dynamic is right and this is the correct next step for your practice, I do not take direct bookings. We start with a 20-minute Diagnostic Call.
How to Join the Monday Evening Cohort
To maintain the high-quality group dynamic of the cohort, we follow a simple two-step registration process:
STEP 1: The Diagnostic Call Book a 20-minute call with Kim to confirm the programme is the right fit for your current level of training and practice.
STEP 2: Secure Your Spot Once we have confirmed your place, you can secure your spot in the Monday Evening cohort by choosing a payment option below. (Please only proceed to payment after your Call).
*The remainder payment of £575 is due by the 31st of July. Final enrolment is subject to the 20-minute call and signed contract.
What Happens After You Join?
Once your place is secured, we move from the logistics to the transformation. Within 3 days of payment, you will receive:
Your Welcome Pack: All the session dates and "Coach Den" access details.
The Mentees’ Partnership Agreement: A simple contract (subject to your signature) that outlines our shared commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Your 1:1 Booking Link: So you can get your private sessions in the diary immediately.
