The PCC Lab is a space built on trust. As an ICF Assessor, I help you breakdown the competencies and markers so you can see exactly how they support and don't rule a session, allowing you to stop guessing, start deepending your practice and submit your recordings with quiet confidence.
The Programme Structure:
7 Hours of Group Mentoring: 4 x deep-dive modules dismantling the core competencies.
3 Hours of 1:1 Mentoring: In-depth, private audits of your coaching recordings.
The "Coach Den": 24/7 Access to the members resource hub.
WhatsApp group: A private group for your cohort to share reflections, swap insights, work through problems, and celebrate wins in real time.
Exam Prep and Tips: Targeted guidance to breakdown the ICF Credentialing exam with situational judgment tips.
Assessor Reports: Detailed written feedback based on the precise criteria I use as an ICF Assessor to grade PCC submissions.
Group Mentor Coaching Sessions (09:00-11:00):

Module 3: 4th November
Module 4: 2nd December (1-hour final session: 09:00-10:00)

How to Join the Programme
To maintain the high-quality group dynamic of the cohort, we follow a simple two-step registration process:
STEP 1: The Diagnostic Call Book a 20-minute call with Kim to confirm the programme is the right fit for your current level of training and practice.
STEP 2: Secure Your Spot Once we have confirmed your place, you can secure your spot on the programme by choosing a payment option below.
*The remainder payment of £825 is due by the 31st of October.

Once your place is secured, we move from the logistics to the transformation. Within 3 days of payment, you will receive:
Your Welcome Pack: All the session dates and "Coach Den" access details.
The Mentees’ Partnership Agreement: A simple contract (subject to your signature) that outlines our shared commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Your 1:1 Booking Link: So you can get your 1:1 sessions in the diary immediately.
