12 hours of group coaching practice | Six months | £750

How often do you get the opportunity to coach in front of other coaches, receive thoughtful feedback and watch how someone else approaches a coaching conversation?

For many coaches, the answer is not very often.

This six-month programme creates that opportunity. It's a small group where you can practise your coaching, observe others, explore different ways of working and receive feedback that helps you develop.

There's no assessment to pass or credential to work towards. It's about continuing to pay attention to your coaching, whatever stage you're at.

What's included

Six 2-hour group sessions over six months

Live coaching practice is at the heart of every session. You'll have opportunities to coach, observe and receive feedback from me and other coaches in the group.

We'll look at what's happening in the coaching conversations, the choices being made and what other approaches might have been possible.

Learning through observation

Watching someone else coach can be just as valuable as being in the coaching chair yourself. You'll see different styles and approaches, notice things you might not have considered and have the opportunity to discuss what you've observed.

Reflection between sessions

I'll share reflective questions between sessions to help you think about your coaching and what you're noticing in your practice. We'll bring those reflections into our group discussions.

Exploring different ways of working

There'll be space to discuss different coaching approaches, tools and techniques as they arise through our practice. The emphasis remains on the coaching itself rather than teaching a particular model.

Who is it for?

Coaches who want to continue developing their practice, whether they're newly credentialled, experienced or somewhere in between.

You don't need to be working towards an ICF credential to participate.

What matters is being willing to coach in front of others, offer feedback and remain curious about your own practice.

Programme dates

The next programme begins in January 2027, with six monthly online sessions lasting two hours each. Full dates will be confirmed before the programme begins.
