ACC Mentor Coaching Programme
11 hours of mentor coaching | £1,595 | Three intakes each year
Working towards your ICF ACC credential or renewing? This programme gives you the mentor coaching hours you need, alongside the opportunity to examine your coaching properly, practise and receive detailed feedback.
We'll work with your actual coaching, using recordings, live practice and the ICF Core Competencies and ACC Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS). The aim isn't simply to understand what the ICF is looking for, but to recognise what's happening in your coaching and what you might do differently.
What's included
Four 2-hour group mentor coaching sessions (8 hours)
A small group working through the eight ICF Core Competencies, exploring two competencies in each session. There'll be discussion, live practice and opportunities to examine how the competencies show up in real coaching conversations.
Three 1-hour individual mentor coaching sessions (3 hours)
Time to focus specifically on your coaching, including recording reviews, live practice and personalised feedback against the ACC BARS.
Written feedback
Detailed feedback on your coaching, including what's working well and areas to develop.
The Coach Den
Access to the private resource hub, with materials to support your development between sessions.
Cohort WhatsApp group
A space to stay in touch, share questions and continue conversations between group sessions.
Programme dates
There are three intakes each year:
January to April
May to August
September to December
Each programme includes four monthly group sessions, with individual sessions arranged around them.
All three intakes will go ahead. If there aren't enough coaches for a group, we'll arrange individual mentor coaching instead, at the same programme fee.
